GENERAL GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. When you rent a vehicle, you agree that it is in good working condition at the delivery time, and you'll return it the same way.
2. We can recall the vehicle if you break our rules.
3. We're not responsible for lost items.
4. We can change the terms without prior notice.
5. The rented vehicle must stay within the UAE's borders.

MILEAGE ALLOWANCE

1. Daily rental plan: You get 200 km/day, with extra AED 0.50/km costs.
2. Weekly rental plan: 1,100 km/week, with extra AED 0.50/km costs.
3. Monthly rental plan: 4,500 km/month, with extra AED 0.50/km costs.

FUEL POLICY

1. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you rented it.
2. Extra mileage charges @ 30 AED per point/bar are applicable for low fuel.

DAMAGE

• Keep tires properly inflated.
• Service the vehicle according to the service tag.
• Maintain the vehicle's condition and cleanliness.
• You're responsible for repair costs during your rental.
• Don't use third-party repair services to avoid penalties.
• If there's an accident, call the Police and Cheap Rent a car. Get a police report for any damage.

RENTAL PERIOD AND RETURN POLICY

• We charge our rental vehicles for a standard period of 24 hours.
• A 1-hour grace period is allowed on the return date. Beyond that, a full day's charges apply.
• Check-in time is 8:00 PM—no check-in on Fridays and holidays.
• Please notify us at least 3 hours (for Dubai) or 24 hours (for all the other Emirates) before pickup for return service.

PAYMENTS AND OTHER CHARGES

SECURITY DEPOSIT

• We keep an AED 1500 security deposit before giving you the vehicle.
• Deposit varies based on the chosen vehicle category.
• Deposit held for 30 days after check-in for fines or Salik charges.

SALIK

• Salik is charged @ AED 5 + 5% VAT per crossing.
• Rates can change without warning.

FINES

• You're responsible for traffic violation fines during the rental period.
• You're responsible for paying any parking charges during the rental period.

SERVICE/MAINTENANCE

• Rental fees include periodical servicing fees.
• Ensure to track the mileage for rental vehicle service requirements.
• Please notify us when your rental vehicle reaches the service mileage.
• For breakdowns, we provide a replacement car.
• You're responsible if the vehicle gets damaged due to non-service.
• No third-party repairs without consent.
• You are responsible for informing us of any mechanical damage or failure, including minor ones like tire punctures.
• Tire damage due to puncture may incur charges.
• Follow the service tag on the car rental's windscreen.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

• Additional driver(s) allowed.
• We charge @AED 100 for each additional driver.

INSURANCE

• We have insured all our rental vehicles for paved roads in the UAE.
• Without SCDW, you pay 20% (less than 12 months) or 15% (more than 12 months) of the vehicle's price for total loss.
• Get a police report for damage. Otherwise, you pay for repairs.
• Windshields, tires, wheels, tools, and wheel cap damage are not covered.

LEGAL ISSUES

• Age: Hirers must be at least 23 years old.
• Hirers below 25 years will not be eligible for any insurance coverage.

IMPOUNDING

• You pay impounding charges and rental loss if authorities impound the vehicle.
• Park the vehicle securely and ensure locked doors.
• You're responsible for damaged and lost keys.
• Lost key charges: Minimum AED 1500.

COOKIE POLICY

• Learn about Cookies and unique identification text files.
• We collect your personal information to enhance your online experience.
• You agree to our cookie policy by using our website.

ONLINE BOOKING – TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING PROCESS

• Please select your favourite vehicle from our vast rental inventory.
• Enter your reservation dates or choose a rental plan.
• Complete the payment process via your valid credit card.
• Check your inbox for a confirmation email.

BOOKING DETAILS

• We provide same-day rentals for bookings up to 3 hours in advance.
• The minimum rental period is one day or 24 hours.
• We'll still charge you for an entire day if you return the rental car earlier than 24 hours.
• Maximum rental is up to the customer's requirements.
• We treat a rental period as a lease if it is over 12 months.

RATES

• The final rate includes mandatory charges, VAT, applicable taxes, mileage, and insurance policy.
• We accept pre-payments only.
• Accepted payment mode is through valid credit cards only.

DEPOSIT

• We finalize the deposit amount after communicating it with the customer.
• We require an additional refundable security deposit payment with the total rental price.
• We refund the security deposit within 30 working days of the rental vehicle's return.
• Insurance is optional but must be purchased in advance (if you opt for it).
• You are requested to clear all payments at check-in.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

• We guarantee vehicle delivery if you meet the requirements.
• We are not responsible if a reservation is left unclaimed after our operating hours.
• Alternate options are available if the requested vehicle is unavailable.
• We offer upgrades or compensations (if needed).

OTHER GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Tourists must change their license upon UAE residency.
• Alcohol/narcotic-related damage is entirely your responsibility.
• Only listed drivers can operate the vehicle.
• No window tinting or added stickers allowed.
• No cash refunds.
